Swimming

I started Adella in ISR swimming lessons. She has just finished her 3rd week. By the end of her program she will be able to fall into a pool fully clothed and she will be able to find her way to a floating position, then roll over and swim to the edge to get herself out of the pool. ISR teached survival skills in the water. Adell has made so much progress in the last 3 weeks it is amazing. Her teacher is wonderful! I highly recommend her.
